- When going to http://www.<yoursite>.com/splittest I'm getting a series of errors beginning with: '/home/<username>/public_html/splittest/st-db.php doesn't exist so going to /home/<username>/public_html/splittest/st-install.php'
- When Installing I'm getting the following error: ERROR: Could not open config.php for writing, please ensure this file is writeable by the server
- When you registered for the Conversion Chicken you should have gotten 2 emails. One containing the download link for the Conversion Chicken and another with your license key.
If you cannot find this license key email please check your spam folder as some users have reported it going there by accident.
You may have your license key emailed to you again by going to:

To reset your password for the members area:
To change/ or if you forgot your password for the members area go to
http://evolutionary-software.com/members/forgotpassword.php then enter
your email and you'll be sent an email to reset your password.
After you've changed your password to whatever you like and logged in
simply click the "download products" button on the top menu and select
Conversion Chicken from the drop down menu, then click the download
button.
