- When Installing I'm getting the following error: ERROR: Could not open config.php for writing, please ensure this file is writeable by the server
- This is a problem with your server configuration, to fix it you need to change the permissions on the splittest directory to full read/write access.
You can usually do this either through your webhosts control panel or through your ftp client.
If you do not know how to change the directory permissions using your webhosts control panel please contact their support department or consult their help files.
You can change the directory permissions in most FTP clients by right clicking and clicking 'Edit File Permissions'.
If your FTP client cannot do this you can download filezilla for free at http://filezilla-project.org/ and it will allow you to do this.
